Information on Hotel "Belinda"

Hotel "Belinda" is located in the tourist area of Golem, near the Kavaja city.
Built in 1994 and totally reconstructed in the year 2001 -2002.

The distance from Tirana city is 35 km. From Tirana International Airport (Rinas) is 19 km. From the Durres port is 10 km.

The hotel is located on a hill that has a wonderful view and is the most prevalent of all this area with views over the Adriatic Sea.

Distance from Highways to hotel is about 800 m and the road is paved and brighter to the hotel. The distance from the hotel to the beach is about 1 km.

The hotel has three floors and 15 rooms of which 6 are matrimonial and 9 with two or three beds in the room, plus a room and a warehouse. All rooms have air conditioner with separate shower and toilet.

The entire hotel has central heating type in which every last room, WC, and corridor hall has heating system for winter season. During the summer season in the rooms can be set and portable beds for children. Capacity amounts to 40 persons.

There are three halls, of which a restaurant for 50 persons, a conference room with capacity for up to 50 persons and is a hall with a capacity minidisk for 30 people.

The place is very suitable for VIP persons who may spend their time in this environment and more restful and attention away from the noise of other people.

Cooking space (is considerable for cooking up for 250 people), wood oven pizza, refrigerator rooms, room for service personnel.

The hotel has a swimming pool for adults (8 m x 5 m x 2m depth) and children (about 6 m2 surface), and play ground for children.

Two separate rooms are very comfortable only for official talks and reception for VIP persons.

The hotel has a terrace (yard) which has a wonderful view with the greenery and flowers and trees as places where to stay and to serve to clients. Its capacity is about 250 -300 seats sitting.

Parking place for 30 cars and more secure.

It has water supply and electricity 24 hours per day without interruption.

In case of interruption it has in disposition 3 powerful generators and electrical box separately.
The volume of Water Depot is 40 m3 and it has water system independent from the others in two ways.
The hotel has lavender, iron room and 3 rooms separately for service personnel next on the hotel inside the hotel territory.

Also it has central heating system with gas.

The TV antenna is with network cable. It has also phone system, fax and computer.

Land area available is about 2400 m2.

Construction Surface, including all complex is about 1800 m2. It is one of the favorite hotels in the area, and licensed by Ministry of Tourism with two stars. (Only 5 hotels are licensed and classified with the stars in the Golem area)

Both the land and hotel are registered in the Immovable Assets Registration Office and the hotel is fully completed with all necessary original documents and without any problem.
