For properties - several advertising categories are available to all users, at attractive prices. When you "promote" your property it will stay in the assigned category for 90 days.
You will be informed via email 7 days before the expiry date so that you can decide if you want to continue promoting/advertising this object. You can also decide if you want to change its category. By default, the object will be returned to the basic category after the expiry date.
All online payments go through PayPal. PayPal provides a trusted service with secure payments and credit card handling.

Basic Category

This is a default category for all new properties. Each property is equal to all others and is not promoted or emphasised in any way. It will appear on the search functions results page - within the main part of the listing. Position of the property in the listing depends on the searching criteria and the properties relevancy against those criteria.
Number of available images for presentation is 4.

Extended Basic Category
|
This category extends the basic category by including thumbnail image. The image is displayed beside the property details to attract more attention.
On a search page, properties from this category are listed before properties from basic category.

Additional charges: 10.00 $ + 12.5% GSTper 90 days.

Sponsored Link Category
|
Properties in this category are listed at the right hand side of the screen.
Trigger for this is either searching for the same property type or searching in the same area / suburb / city /country.
The number of times a property appears in this list is a maximum of 10 per day, but this can vary depending of the level of traffic.
Number of images available for presentation is 8.
Thumbnail image (one that is marked as main image) will be displayed in the resulting list beside property details.
Additional charges: 18.00 $ + 12.5% GSTper 90 days.

Top Sponsored Link Category

Properties in this category are listed at the top of the search functions results page. The trigger for this is either by a matching property type or area / suburb / city or country. The level of attention received by using this category is higher, due to the position of the link on the screen.
The number of times a property appears in this list is a maximum of 10 per day, but this can vary depending of the level of traffic.
Number of images available for presentation, per listing is 12.
The thumbnail image (the one that is marked as main image) will be displayed in the search functions results page beside the properties details.
Additional charges: 26.00 $ + 12.5% GSTper 90 days.
